Wonderful hotel, had wonderful stay.

The location was favourable, walk from a train station. We greatly enjoyed rooms with balcony. The staff were all pleasant, accommodating.

Well-run place, I appreciated genuinely helpful personnel.

Whole place was exceptionally clean with fantastic views; peaceful location close to railway station in a decent quite neighbourhood. Hotel offered plenty of meals for continental breakfast🙂

Perfect location, a minute walk from Mystery Rooms. Also - so close to the railway station Interlaken West, restaurants which are open till late and Interlaken center. Lots of options, appetising food.

Conveniently located near Interlaken West train station, with a variety of amenities in close proximity such as supermarkets, restaurants, and souvenir shops. Continental breakfast buffet is included, offering a variety of options. Friendly staff/owners provide excellent service. Rooms are comfortable with adjustable temperatures and some even have balconies with nice views. a delightful experience.

We would definitely recommend this hotel, spent here good 3 nights. We appreciated the breakfast, the food was good. It was in a quiet central and convenient location, walk from a train station.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The location of the hotel was excellent, being only a short walk away from the main attractions and public transportation. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms, particularly the bathroom, was impressive.

We experienced some issues during our stay. The lack of air conditioning in the room made it quite uncomfortable, especially during the hot nights.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to the center of town but still quiet. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, meeting all of my requests with a smile. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh pastries, yogurt, and meats/cheeses. And the view from the mountains was truly breathtaking. The room was budget, moreover large with large balcony. The breakfast included bread and cheese for everyone.

We liked staying in this hotel! The property was perfectly clean and gorgeous, had lovely views of the mountains. The breakfast was good: you could find bread and cheese. We got a room with a bath.

The hotel has a particularly good location near enough to the nightlife. The staff is really good and very courteous. The units were budget with balcony...
